IT Sector Roots: We began our journey in the IT sector, successfully navigating diverse hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099, and full-time placements). Our resilience and dedication allowed us to continue making successful placements even through the challenges of the pandemic.
Evolving With the Market: Today, we have expanded our expertise to include non-IT fields. While we continue to support tech-driven organizations, we now specialize in building teams for startups and placing key founding and leadership roles. Currently, our most prominent presence is within the Legal and Hospitality sectors.

Bhagvat Parmar founded Mintex Staffing in 2003 and has led it as CEO ever since. What began as a small recruiting operation now places talent across IT and non-IT roles nationwide, built on a straightforward conviction: hire well and everything downstream gets easier. That same instinct for building durable businesses has taken him beyond staffing into Mintex Tech, SafeCare, and PlentyCart, each serving a different market and each grounded in the same idea, put the right people in the right seats, then get out of their way.
