Job Title: Pharmacy Manager
Location: Galena, IL
Position Type: Full-time
Specialty: Primary Care
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Weekends: Closed
Holidays: Closed on most major federal holidays
Role Summary:
The Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Pharmacist to lead and grow the pharmacy’s services. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations while collaborating with clinic providers and healthcare staff.
Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations.

Ensure safe and effective dispensing of medications.

Collaborate with clinic providers and clinical staff on patient care.

Provide drug-related education to healthcare providers and patients.

Participate in clinical meetings and care planning discussions.

Promote patient-centered pharmacy services and expand pharmacy presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of Pharmacy Manager experience

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy)

Previous retail pharmacy experience is required

Active Pharmacist License (Required)

Must meet all federal and state licensing/credentialing requirements for the state of practice.

Immunization Certification (preferred)

Vaccination Administration experience
