JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: SWISS CNC Machinist
Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania
Duration: Full-Time/Permanent
Shift Availability: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available
Compensation: $30/hr + Overtime

- Skilled SWISS CNC Machinists to join growing precision manufacturing team
- Ideal for machinists who can independently operate CNC equipment, perform inspections, make offsets, adjust tooling, and maintain quality standards throughout the machining process
- Hands-on production machining role within highly regulated precision manufacturing environment producing tight-tolerance components
Responsibilities
CNC Machine Operation
- Operate SWISS CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance throughout production runs
- Load and unload materials and components
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Perform routine machine housekeeping
Inspection & Quality Control
- Inspect machined parts to blueprint specifications
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring equipment
- Verify critical dimensions and tolerances
- Complete inspection documentation
Offsets & Tooling
- Make wear offsets and dimensional adjustments
- Change tooling and monitor tool life
- Troubleshoot minor machining issues
- Support setup personnel during production runs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
- Blueprint reading ability
- Precision inspection experience
- Experience making offsets independently
- Tool change experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Manufacturing environment experience
