Maintenance Supervisor

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Greenville, NC

Duration: Full-time / Permanent

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and cleaners.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe.
• Place and manage orders for supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.

 

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team in maintenance or facilities.
• HVAC certification required.
• Skilled in plumbing and heating installation.
• Ability to maintain and service pools.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
