Job Description
Position: HVAC Technician
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Employment Type: Full‑time
Salary: $130K–$200K/Annual
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hydronic heating systems and HVAC equipment.
- Perform system repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
- Obtain approvals for work and coordinate with clients.
- Drive to client sites across Brooklyn to complete service calls.
- Collaborate with contractors and ensure safe, efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of HVAC experience.
- Strong knowledge of VRF, VRV, and BMS/BAS systems.
- EPA certification and FDNY certification required.
- Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided.
- Must be English‑speaking, respectful, trustworthy, and calm under pressure.
- Clean, professional work habits with strong customer service focus.
