Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
Location: Tucker, GA
Position Type: Full‑Time / Permanent
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually
Bonus: Quarterly, up to 15% of base (based on sales, cost controls, and internal checkpoints)

Mandatory Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience as Assistant Manager or Kitchen Manager in casual dining
- 1+ years’ experience managing a restaurant with a bar
- Experience managing $2.0M+ annual sales volume
- ServSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain a pouring permit (no DUI)
- Currently employed
Responsibilities
- Deliver a fun, pleasant, and memorable guest experience
- Supervise and motivate staff in a lively, upbeat environment
- Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations with focus on flawless execution and profitability
- Enforce sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage P&L, food cost, and inventory
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Support both kitchen and front‑of‑house operations
Qualifications:
- Currently employed and ServSafe certified
- College degree preferred
- Reside within 10–15 miles of the restaurant
- 1–2 years’ experience as Assistant Manager or Kitchen Manager in casual dining
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain pouring permit
- Clean criminal record
Highly Preferred Skills:
- Hands‑on leadership; willing to assist across operations during peak periods
- Strong financial reporting and math skills
- Experience with inventory, ordering, and maintenance
- Knowledge of beverage/bar management
- Passion for service and commitment to high‑quality food and beverage standards
