Global Sourcing & Purchasing Manager

What You’ll Do

• Manage purchasing and supplier relationships for flexible packaging products (film, bags, pouches, specialty packaging).
• Manage Junior Buyer
• Source new products and vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to support margin and service goals.
• Work closely with sales and operations to align purchasing with customer demand.
• Analyze purchasing data, pricing trends, and inventory levels to support growth.

 

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of purchasing or procurement experience, ideally in packaging, flexible materials, or distribution.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a category end-to-end.
• Ability and interest in growing into a leadership role as the company scales.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and operations teams.
