• Also supports: Reefer, Oversized Freight, Over-Dimensional Shipments, Specialized Equipment, Bladders, and Multi-Modal services.
• Expanding commercial team to drive business growth, customer development, and operational execution.

 Position Summary

• Responsible for new business development, customer relationship management, and delivering transportation solutions.
• Combines brokerage sales, account management, and freight operations exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new freight opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Grow and manage an active portfolio of transportation accounts.
• Expand existing customer business through account development strategies.
• Coordinate FTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Drayage, Intermodal, Specialized, and Over-Dimensional freight.
• Develop freight pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with Carrier Development and Operations teams.
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships.
• Resolve claims, service disruptions, and customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records in TMS and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage, transportation sales, or logistics operations preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with TMS and CRM tools is a plus.
