Position: Associate Attorney – Litigation
Location: Denver, CO (100% Onsite)

Role Overveiw: We are hiring Associate Attorneys to join a well-established litigation law firm in Denver. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with civil litigation experience who are looking to grow their careers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance defense, personal injury, construction, commercial litigation, premises liability, and coverage disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings in state and federal courts.
• Evaluate cases and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Manage a diverse litigation caseload from pre-litigation through trial.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar License (Required).
• Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in construction, commercial, or insurance litigation is preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Must be local to the Denver, Colorado area.
