Position: Assistant General Manager
Location: ALL MD LOCATIONS - Owings Mills - Gaithersburg - Glenarden - Silver Spring - Columbia – Rockville
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 Per Year

MANDATORY REQUIRED:
- 3+ years FOH Management experience in a fine-dining restaurant
- 2+ years experience as a AGM in an upscale/ fine-dining restaurant
- Currently working as an AGM or equivalent in an upscale/ fine-dining restaurant
- No job hoppers! No more than 3 jobs in 10 years

Responsibilities for Assistant Managers include:
- Assist in managing day to day operations of restaurant
- Support in operational and financial responsibility for individual unit
- Ensure compliance of company’s policies and guidelines and ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization
- Motivate members of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence
- Respond to customer service needs
- Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
- Control Profit & Loss (i.e., plan attainment) by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a Preventative Maintenance Plan based on Company Standards
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
