Civil Engineer

• Lead civil engineering design and project management activities.

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 8–10 engineering professionals.

• Oversee project planning, design, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Provide technical oversight and quality control for engineering projects.

• Manage municipal projects involving transportation, water/wastewater, and site civil engineering.

• Oversee projects such as public libraries, fire stations, police stations, city halls, administrative buildings, prisons, public pools, and waterparks.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and regulations.

• Travel to project sites as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio.

• 10+ years of civil engineering experience.

• Experience in civil engineering design and project management.

• Proven leadership, team management, and mentoring experience.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D.
