Job Guidance: (Looking Only Fine Dining Experience Candidate)
Restaurant General Manager responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
- Address and promptly resolve guest issues.
- Monitor dining experience to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct staff and daily pre-shift meetings.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Develop and manage the restaurant budget and financial performance.
- Analyze and prepare sales reports and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster team collaboration.
Restaurant General Manager candidates must possess:
- 5 years of restaurant General Manager experience in a fine-dining restaurant - they love people from Houston's, Clyde's, Capital Grille and MFG.
- Associate’s Degree
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to use touch-sensitive POS System – Toast experience a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- No job hoppers! No more than 3 jobs in 10 years.
- Training and development experience
