Job Description:
We are looking for an Engineer professional with 3–6 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, product engineering, or forward deployed engineering. The ideal candidate has experience at a recognizable early-stage/high-growth startup and has built and shipped production-grade LLM/agentic AI applications for external users.
You should be an AI-native engineer who enjoys working directly with customers, solving complex business problems, and automating workflows using AI.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in full-stack, product, or forward deployed engineering.
- Experience at a high-growth startup with strong tenure.
- Proven experience building and deploying production LLM/agentic AI applications.
- Exposure to Private Equity, consulting, vertical SaaS, portfolio companies, or M&A integration environments is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python, React, SQL, and Go.
- Experience using AI developer tools and agents to automate manual workflows.
- Preferred backgrounds include Founding Engineer, Ex-Founder, or Big Tech (especially for early-career candidates).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field from a top university (preferred for candidates with less than 2 years of experience).
